We all contributed in big ways, but I was the primary manager and producer, making sure we hit deadlines and had a strong vision. I also bought the majority of props, hired two out of three actors, made sure we had backup cameras available in case our primaries failed, made sure we finished on time, and supervised part of the editing process. I also paid for a majority of the production, although two others in the group contributed.
